About This Mini-Series
This series offers an incredible opportunity to experience the healing power of breath and breath initiated movement. You will partake in a type of yoga that has somehow been lost to the western world - adapting yoga to the individual through the power of breath. In our go-go-go, fast paced society, we don't need another experience that is focused on achievement. We need something that gives us permission to slow down and just be in the moment.
Come As You Are
This is not intended as a course, but rather as a yoga experience. It offers a variety of activities designed to deepen your understand of your breath and how breath relates to movement. Beginners are welcome! Basic introductions to poses and yoga props will also be provided. Come and experience the healing power of breath yourself!
